Soccer Got Interesting Again I used to go to Columbus Crew games a lot when I lived near there. Unfortunately, I missed the best part of the sport...hooligan brawls. They didn't mention which side won. It wasn't fair, anyway. Sports fights in Columbus are supposed to be about college football, not "friendly" soccer matches. Hookups Facebook allows one to specify previous "experiences" with one's friends. One of the forms you can fill out goes something like, "You hooked up (insert year if applicable) and it was (fill in the blank)." For some reason, I have "hookup experiences" listed with most of my male friends. Here is a list: You hooked up in 1983 and it was the bomb. You hooked up and it was awkward. You hooked up and it was like sandpaper. You hooked up and it was for tax purposes. You hooked up and it was tasty yet sublime. You dated in 1991, were practically married, but now aren't speaking. You hooked up in 1984 and it was creepy and unrewarding. You hooked up and it was strangely like riding a tricycle. You hooked up in 1984 and it was full of sound and fury signifying nothing.
