But I saw Darth Vader deflect Han's blaster bolt with his gloved hand in the dining room at Cloud City. So in this specific scenario he could block two (of the three) with the lightsaber and the third with his hand.
I don't know if he could block with other parts of his body, although headbutting a blaster bolt would be f*#%ing metal.
